The Good Stuff: Harvest serves as the model for development within the city of Fort Collins, planned as a new urbanism community with a total of five different product lines: three series of single family homes; town homes; and luxury cluster units.
From the outset, the planning goals for harvest centered on creating a walkable community with tree lined streets, several pocket parks, and a community recreation center, with the streetscape taking on primary importance. There are front porches with the garages in the rear of the homes, accessed by alleys. Standard Pacific Homes designed an entirely new product line for this community, focusing on exterior design, relationships between indoor and outdoor spaces, and the use of color.
