The Good Stuff: Vignette Studios has worked with Standard Pacific Homes on several projects within Lowry including the North Neighborhood, the West Neighborhood, Maple Park, Falcon Point, and currently East Park.
Within East Park, we have worked with the entire design team to create two unique products. The affectionate cottage homes are targeted to the buyer that wants a single family detached home on a low maintenance lot. All homes are designed with private courtyard living, yet have ample front porch and patio living space to take advantage of the views of the neighborhood park across the street.
The twinhomes are designed for the active lifestyle market with all exterior maintenance provided by the homeowners association. Each home is designed to have front porches facing the public street with beautiful drought tolerant landscaping consistent with the landscape within the Lowry East Park neighborhood.
